Peptide tracking
A peptide tracker that reads the whole record
Peptide tracking in Stack Precision is structured logging plus analysis: dose, route, timing, and cycles recorded on the same daily timeline as your supplements, meals, journal, and Apple Health data, then read together when you ask what changed. Most peptide trackers stop at the log. This one is built so the log can answer questions.
The log
What does a proper peptide log record?
A peptide entry that can be analyzed later needs more than a checkmark. These are the fields Stack Precision keeps for every peptide, logged with the same single tap as a supplement.
-
Dose and route
The amount you decided on and how it goes in, kept as structured fields rather than a note, so the analysis can read them later.
-
Reconstitution math
Enter the vial and the diluent once and the app keeps the arithmetic alongside the entry, so the number you log is the number you drew.
-
Timing
Each dose lands on your daily timeline with a timestamp, next to your morning capsules, your meals, and your journal.
-
Duration and cycles
Start dates, planned windows, and off weeks are part of the record, so weeks-later questions have real edges to look at.
The app records what you decided to take; it does not suggest doses, schedules, or compounds. Those decisions stay with you and your clinician.
One timeline
Why does the timeline matter for peptides?
A peptide never acts on an empty week. Your sleep, your training, your meals, and everything else in your stack move at the same time, and a log that keeps peptides in their own silo cannot see any of it. In Stack Precision a peptide rides the same timeline as everything else you capture: supplements logged by scanning a bottle, meals read from a photo down to their nutrients, a journal you can speak instead of type, and the sleep and workouts Apple Health already holds.
That is the difference between a diary and a record. When a cycle ends, the weeks around it are already documented, in one place, with timestamps.
Watch items
How do I test a hunch about a peptide?
Suspect a peptide is moving your sleep, your recovery, or your morning energy? Put the hunch on watch. Stack Precision holds it against your own logs for weeks and closes it with one of three verdicts: confirmed, didn't hold, or expired. The verdict names the entries it drew from, so you can see exactly which weeks of your own record made the call.
The watch rides on the logging you already do. No extra forms, no separate experiment app, just the dose log and the journal you were keeping anyway, read against each other.
The weekly read
How does the analysis treat a peptide?
The same way it treats everything else in your record: as evidence. Each week the analysis reads your doses, journal entries, meals, and Apple Health measurements together and surfaces the patterns strong enough to mention, with each one graded by how well it held. A peptide cycle shows up in that read as dated doses next to dated outcomes, not as a separate report you have to reconcile by hand.
Patterns in your own logs are associations, and the app labels them that way. It reports what moved alongside what, in your data, over your weeks; it does not rule on what any compound does in general.
The research desk
Where do I take my peptide questions?
For the questions your own record cannot settle, there is the research desk. Ask in your own words and a research run returns a report that cites the specific published studies it drew from, so you can open the literature yourself instead of taking a forum's word for it. Runs are part of the Base and Plus tiers; the tracking itself is always free.
Compound guides
Tracking guides by compound
Per-compound guides to keeping a proper record: which fields matter, how the timeline and watches apply, and where the research desk fits. They are tracking guides, not endorsements; nothing here evaluates a compound or tells you what to take.
More guides are on the way. If there is a compound you want covered, tell us.
