Stack Precision runs on infrastructure engineered to HIPAA standards. Your health and genetic data is never sold and never used for ads, and it is never used to train public AI models. Before the app reads anything for you, it asks on a full screen you have to accept.

Use it without giving yourself away
If you want extra privacy, you can run a fully anonymous account that stores no email address, with one recovery code as the only key to your data. The app holds that code for no one, so no one at Stack Precision can open your account or reset it for you.
What that means in practice:
There is no email on file to reset with, and no copy of your code on our side. The recovery code is the only key.

On-device genetics
Upload your DNA without uploading it anywhere
Bring your raw file from 23andMe, Ancestry, or a VCF and get answers tuned to your biology. The file is read on your device, and only the variants you choose to keep are ever stored. The raw genome behind them never leaves your phone.
Your voice journal works the same way: speech becomes text on your phone, so the audio never leaves it.
You choose the scope
Decide what it sees, one conversation at a time
You choose what to share each time you ask about your body, and the app reads only that. Under every answer sits a band that names the entries and studies it drew from, so you can check the sources yourself.

When the app watches something and it doesn't hold against your data, it closes as "didn't hold" and stays on your Insights tab, next to the ones that did. You can read how a watch closes on the insights page.
