Where Stack Precision fits

Stack Precision is a supplement and peptide tracking app that analyzes your supplements, journal, genetics, and Apple Health data together to show what your stack is actually doing. Most tools cover one piece of that job well. Here is what each does, and where the analysis picks up.

Supplement trackers

How is it different from a supplement tracker?

Supplement trackers are good at what they set out to do: dose logging with custom schedules, reminders so nothing gets missed, label and barcode scanning, and stack organization. Some newer ones also rate your stack's composition or product quality against general research.

What they answer is "did I take it." They do not track how you actually felt alongside the doses, and none we have found analyzes whether your own logged outcomes moved while you took something. Stack Precision matches the table stakes, scanning, reminders, and dose logging included, then reads your doses against your journal and your Apple Health measurements over weeks and months, and tells you how strong each pattern is. Recommendations built on general research describe people like you. Your own record describes you.

Peptide trackers

How is it different from a peptide tracker?

Peptide trackers handle protocol mechanics well: cycle and phase logging, reminders, injection-site rotation, reconstitution math, and vial inventory. Several show your weight or sleep next to your protocol, and some emphasize a genuinely private, no-ads posture.

Those side-by-side charts are descriptive. They show two lines; they do not tell you whether your logged experience actually moved during a protocol, and none we have found reads genetics or cites research inside its insights. Stack Precision tracks peptides the same way it tracks supplements, dose, timing, and duration, then runs the same analysis across your journal, meals, and Apple Health. It never diagnoses, treats, or prescribes; discuss protocol changes with your clinician.

Mass-market AI

Why not just ask a general AI chat?

General AI chat is genuinely useful for supplement questions. It knows the literature broadly, it answers instantly, it remembers past conversations, and some products can now connect health data.

What no general chat keeps is a structured record of your regimen: doses, timing, and cycles, logged as data rather than mentioned in prose. Without that record there is nothing longitudinal to analyze, so answers describe supplements in general instead of your last two months. Its citations, where they exist, come from ad hoc web search, not a curated research library cited insight by insight. And a general chat is not built as a health product: depending on the product and your settings, health questions you type there may be used to train the provider's models. Stack Precision is the structured record plus the analysis, built on HIPAA-compliant infrastructure, and your health and genetic data is never sold and never used for ads.

The combination

The part we have not found anywhere else

Among the supplement and peptide apps we have researched, none reads your DNA file as evidence inside its analysis and cites the specific published studies behind each genetic insight. Stack Precision does both, on infrastructure engineered to HIPAA standards, with you choosing what the analysis can see. If you find another app that does all three, we would like to hear about it.
