Quick answers to the most common questions about Stack Precision.
Yes. Supplement tracking, health journaling, and your full Genetic Profile across 19 health categories are free forever. No credit card required, no trial period.
The only paid feature is the AI research assistant, which uses credits starting at $2.99. We sell AI credits at cost with zero markup. You can use the app indefinitely without ever paying.
Stack Precision works with raw data files from 23andMe, AncestryDNA, and most whole genome sequencing providers. If you've already done a test, you probably have a compatible file sitting in your account right now.
Just export your raw data file (usually a .txt or .zip) from your testing provider's website and upload it in the app. The whole process takes about 30 seconds.
Your raw genetic file is parsed entirely on your device. It is never uploaded to or stored on our servers. The extracted variant data is encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.2+ in transit.
We are HIPAA-compliant from day one, we never sell or share your data, and we never use it to train AI models. You can delete all your data from within the app at any time. Read more about our approach to privacy.
No. You can use Stack Precision as a standalone supplement tracker and health journal without uploading any genetic data. Track your stacks, set reminders, and journal how you feel daily.
Genetic data unlocks the Genetic Profile and connects your variants to your supplement routine, but it's completely optional. Many people start tracking first and add genetics later.
The AI assistant is a private chat that can see your genetic variants, supplement stacks, and journal entries (only what you choose to share). It looks for potential patterns across your data and surfaces evidence-informed insights.
You control exactly what data the AI can access, your name is never sent, and AI consent must be renewed monthly. It's a research tool, not a doctor. Think of it as a well-read assistant that knows your specific data.
No. Stack Precision is for informational purposes only and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. It does not replace professional medical advice.
What it does is help you organize your genetic data and supplement routine so you can have more informed conversations with your healthcare provider. Every variant includes evidence tiers so you can see the strength of the research behind each insight.
