Capture without friction

Everything you take, captured without typing it in

Tracking in Stack Precision is capture, not data entry: photograph a bottle, snap a plate, or say your day out loud, and each one lands as a confirmed entry. The record behind every answer stays complete without you sitting down to type it.

The Today timeline with morning, afternoon, and evening doses and two logged meals.

Your Today timeline. Supplements and peptides sit together, each logged with one tap.

One daily timeline

See your whole day in one tap

Everything you take sits on one timeline, grouped the way you actually take it: morning, midday, evening, before bed. Log a dose in one tap from the Today card and watch it flip to done. Skips and one-off doses count too, so the record matches the week you actually had.

A peptide rides the same timeline as your morning capsules. Its route, reconstitution math, dose, and cycle are kept alongside it, logged with the same single tap, so there is no separate place to keep straight.

Add a supplement by scanning

Scan a bottle instead of typing it

Skip copying the name, form, serving size, and every ingredient by hand. Photograph the supplement facts panel and the fields come back filled in, ready for you to check and save.

  1. Point and shoot.

Photograph the supplement facts panel, up to three photos for a dense label.

  2. It reads the label.

The panel comes back as fields: name, brand, form, serving size, and each ingredient with its amount and units.

  3. You confirm.

Every field is shown for review. Fix a misread amount in a tap, then save.

You can always add or edit a supplement by hand, and every scanned amount is shown for you to check before it saves.

Adding a supplement, with Quercetin and its brand read from a label photo and marked scanned.

A label photo read into name, brand, form, and serving size, each field yours to check.

The journal, without the typing

Speak your journal instead of writing it

Tap the mic and talk through your day. Your spoken entry is structured as you talk, sorted into the right metrics, symptoms, and supplements, and the entry opens pre-filled for you to confirm before it saves.

Six metrics ship on by default: energy, mood, focus, calm, sleep, and physical comfort, with up to seven more you can turn on, so you can track what matters to your own protocol, from food noise to recovery.

Speech-to-text runs on your device. Only the finished text is analyzed, never the audio.

The voice capture sheet for a new journal entry: a mic button under 'How was your day?', a prompt to talk through energy, mood, focus, and sleep and rate them one to five, and a note that the spoken entry is structured as you talk so it can be found later in chat or Insights.
A reviewed meal broken into its ingredients and portions before saving.

A photographed plate, read into its ingredients and portions for you to confirm before saving.

Meals, captured not typed

Snap a meal and keep your answers clean

What you eat moves how you feel, and it changes how everything else you take lands. Leave it out of the record and the answer gets muddy. Photograph your plate, or say what you ate, and it comes back as editable food items. Confirm, name it, save, and the analysis reads every meal down to its nutrients and micronutrients.

You can always type or add a meal by hand instead.

Trials

Put one thing to the test

Want a real answer on a single supplement? Set up a structured N-of-1 around it, keep logging the way you already do, and get a reflection prompt at the end while it is still fresh. A sample size of one, done properly, that the weekly insights read back as a verdict.

  1. Set it up.

Pick the supplement and the window. The trial rides on the logging you already do, so there is nothing extra to track.

  2. Reflect at the end.

When the window closes, a prompt asks what changed, captured fresh rather than reconstructed weeks later.

What you already track

Bring in what your phone already knows

Turn on Apple Health and Stack Precision can read in the sleep and workouts your phone already logs, so they sit beside your doses, journal, and meals without re-entry. The six metrics you rate give the rest of the record a baseline to be read against.
