What is Stack Precision?
Stack Precision is a supplement and peptide tracking app for iPhone and iPad that analyzes your supplements, journal, genetics, and Apple Health data together to show what your stack is actually doing. Instead of only logging doses and sending reminders, it reads everything on one timeline over weeks and months, finds the patterns that only show up when the pieces come together, and tells you how strong each signal is. It is always free, and paid tiers fold Apple Health and genetics into the analysis, unlock research runs, and add more AI use.

How can I tell if my supplements are working?
An app can only tell you if supplements are working if it sees more than the doses. Stack Precision tracks what you take (supplements, peptides, and meals, with dose and timing), how you feel (journal entries, typed or spoken), and what your body measures (Apple Health), then analyzes them together. A weekly read surfaces patterns on its own, a chat answers questions grounded in your actual record, and research runs dig into harder questions with reasoning and sources laid out.
-
Does Stack Precision track peptides?
Yes. Stack Precision tracks peptides the same way it tracks supplements: dose, timing, and duration on the same timeline as your journal, meals, and Apple Health measurements. Because the analysis reads everything together, you can see how your logged experience moves during a protocol instead of keeping notes in a spreadsheet. It never diagnoses, treats, or prescribes; discuss protocol changes with your clinician.
-
Can it read my 23andMe or Ancestry raw data?
Yes. Stack Precision reads raw data files from 23andMe and AncestryDNA, as well as generic VCF files, and uses your DNA as evidence inside the analysis. When an insight involves your genetics, it cites the specific published studies it drew from, pulled from a curated research library, so you can read the source yourself. Variants like MTHFR and COMT are read against what you actually take and how you actually feel, rather than producing a one-time static report.
-
Do I need a DNA test to use it?
No. The analysis runs on your supplements, peptides, journal, and Apple Health from day one. Add your DNA whenever you're ready and every insight gets another layer of evidence.
-
Can AI supplement insights be trusted?
Stack Precision is built to be checked. Every read names the data behind it and shows its work. When an insight involves your genetics, it cites the specific published studies it drew from, pulled from a curated research library. It tells you when something is a direction worth investigating, and it never diagnoses, treats, or prescribes.
-
Is my health and genetic data safe?
Stack Precision is built on HIPAA-compliant infrastructure. Your health and genetic data is never sold and never used for ads. You choose what the analysis can see, and your DNA stays yours.
-
How much does Stack Precision cost?
The core app is always free: track your supplements, peptides, and journal, and get a fresh AI insight every week. Base ($1.99 per month) folds Apple Health and your genetics into the analysis and unlocks research runs. Plus ($4.99 per month) adds more AI use every month and additional deep dive research runs. Billing runs through the App Store.
-
Does it work with Apple Health?
Yes. On Base and Plus, your Apple Health measurements join the same timeline as your supplements, peptides, meals, and journal, so the analysis can read them together.
-
Does it give medical advice?
No. It surfaces patterns in your own data and cites research so you can investigate further. It never diagnoses, treats, or prescribes. It makes clinician visits sharper; it never replaces them. Discuss changes with your clinician.
-
Is it on Android?
Yes. Stack Precision is live on Android, and on iPhone and iPad.
