A faster, clearer app, and four new ways to get your life into your record

  • Speak your journal: Say how the day went. It lands as a structured entry, already feeding the analysis. The fastest journal is the one you don't have to type.
  • Photograph your meals: Point your camera at the plate. AI logs what you ate down to the micronutrients, mapped against your stacks and journal.
  • Peptides, tracked properly: Dose, timing, and duration on the same timeline as everything else, so they're in the analysis.
  • Track a hunch: Name what you suspect and watch it. Your instincts become testable.
  • Deep dive reports, rebuilt: Sharper reasoning, cleaner reports, sources laid out so you can check the work.
  • Plus a rebuilt interface: fewer taps to log, and AI woven into the surfaces you're already in.

One timeline, read together

Stack Precision now reads across your supplements, journal, genetics, and Apple Health on a single timeline and surfaces the patterns between them. New in this update:

  • Research runs: Ask a hard question, get one report with its reasoning and sources.
  • Genetics read as evidence inside the analysis, backed by published research.
  • A weekly read that surfaces a pattern worth your attention.
  • Clearer insights, with the data and sources behind each one.

Scan or add supplements from the dashboard

  • New "Scan or Add Supplements" button on the dashboard for new users. Quickly build your supplement library by scanning a label or entering details manually.
  • A stability fix for navigating back from the add supplement screen.

AI label scanner

  • Improved supplement label scanner using AI to read the product label and auto-fill detail into user editable fields.

Fixes and polish

  • A run of smaller releases: login and onboarding fixes, notification updates, dashboard improvements, new-user support features, and general stability.
